Return Policy

Atwood fragrances are crafted in small batches with care. To ensure the integrity of our products, we maintain the following return policy:

Discovery Sets

• Discovery Sets are not eligible for return.

30ml Bottles

• Every 30ml bottle includes a complimentary 2ml sample vial of the same fragrance. We encourage you to test the sample before opening the full bottle.
• Unopened, unused 30ml bottles in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Opened bottles are ineligible for return.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, email hello@atwoodparfum.com with your order number.

• Once we receive the item in resellable condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds are typically processed within two weeks of receipt. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@atwoodparfum.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will do our best to work out a solution with you. 

Additional Notes

• Items purchased at atwoodparfum.com cannot be returned to retail partners, pop-ups, or third-party vendors.
