Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling are additional unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate payment and account details and authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Perfumes ship via ground transport only due to regulations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are handed to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

All trademarks, text, images, graphics, and other content on the Services are owned by Atwood or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit them without our prior written consent.

Section 7 – Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools. These are offered “as is” and without warranties. Use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to the provider’s terms.

Section 8 – Third-Party Links

Our Services may include third-party links. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their content. Please review third-party policies before engaging in any transaction.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify

Atwood is powered by Shopify. Any sales or purchases are made directly with Atwood, not Shopify. You release Shopify from any liability related to your purchases with Atwood.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Section 11 – Feedback

Any suggestions, reviews, or feedback you provide grant Atwood a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose.
